Digital Product, Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery

All packages are digital. After payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page on this website where you can download the package you paid for. Please keep your Razorpay payment ID. If you are not redirected, or the download fails, contact us with your payment ID and the phone number or email you paid with, and we will send your files within 24 hours.

What is included

Starter: Core Guide and 225-Prompt Vault. Growth: Starter plus the Lead CRM (Excel) and Templates Pack. Complete: Growth plus the Automation Blueprint. Files are supplied in PDF, Word and Excel formats as described on this page.

Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind after the files are delivered. We will refund or replace your order if:

• the files are not delivered and we cannot fix it;
• a file is corrupted or will not open and we cannot supply a working copy;
• you were charged more than once for the same order; or
• the package delivered does not match what you paid for.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 working days to show.

Upgrades and updates

Updates to the files that we choose to release are free for the package you bought. We may not offer upgrades between packages at the launch price after the deadline.

Support

Questions about using the kit are answered on WhatsApp or email during normal business days. Done-for-you setup and ad management are separate paid services and are not part of the package price.
