What you are buying

A digital package of educational and business materials (guide, prompt library, Excel CRM, automation blueprint and templates, depending on the package you choose). No physical item is shipped.

Licence

• You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own real estate business and team.
• You may edit the templates and prompts for your own work and your own clients' campaigns.
• You may not resell, share, upload, or give away the files, or any part of them, in original or edited form, or sell them as your own product or course.

No guarantee of results

The materials give you structure, wording and tools. Results such as leads, site visits or sales depend on your project, market, budget, team and effort. We make no promise of any particular outcome or income. Sample figures and screenshots on this page are illustrations.

Third-party tools

The kit refers to tools such as AI chat tools, Meta, WhatsApp, n8n and Excel. We do not control them. Their features, prices and rules can change, and you are responsible for following their terms and applicable law, including consent and messaging rules for contacting buyers.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian rupees. Launch prices are available until the deadline shown on this page and may change afterwards. Taxes, where applicable, are included or shown at checkout.

Liability

The materials are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the package, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
